The information to be printed in conference materials – sponsor description – should be delivered before 31 March 2019.

Reservation
Reservation depends upon availability and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. So, to ensure your participation in the Conference, send as soon as possible an email confirming your interest.
Reservation will be confirmed after a 100% payment. Payments are done by bank transfer with the details to be sent when formal reservation is received by the organization.
There are no refunds for cancellations.
