Information for speakers

All speakers are expected to produce a Power Point presentation (version of Power Point on the conference venue computer: 2010) and bring it on USB memory stick. Your Power Point presentation is required in advance of the session at the latest in order to make the necessary arrangements for uploading your file onto the computer in the conference room. Please do not submit your presentation by e-mail.

There will be a chairperson responsible for each session, introducing the speakers, controlling the timing of the sessions and facilitating questions.
